TeachMeet 3 Bahrain 2025: Educating with Purpose – Nurturing the Mind, Body, and Heart

TeachMeet 1 Bahrain set the stage for something inspiring, uniting over 150 passionate educators from across the Kingdom of Bahrain back in February 2024. Just three months later, on May 28th 2025, Nadeen School welcomed over 250 enthusiastic educators for TeachMeet 2 Bahrain under the theme of Technology for Learning and Educational Philosophy.

Fast forward to TeachMeet 3 Bahrain 2025, hosted once again by Nadeen School at its beautiful campus in Dilmunia. This time, the theme, Educating with Purpose: Nurturing the Mind, Body, and Heart, focused on synergistic education and fostering meaningful connections that support every learner’s well-being and development.

Bringing Passionate Educators Together

At Nadeen School, our vision is to support every learner to thrive, nurturing not just academic excellence, but also emotional, social, and physical well-being. Our commitment extends beyond the walls of our campus, creating spaces where passion, innovation, and collaboration flourish to elevate education for all.

This event brought together professionals from universities, public and private schools, and Early Years settings, with a shared vision:

To bring passionate educators together for the benefit of all learners and build education approaches with purpose. Thank you to all who attended with open hearts and minds, ready to share, listen, grow, and flourish together.

The evening featured inspiring Main Stage presentations, beginning with a warm welcome from Mr James Batts, Principal of Nadeen School, encouraging all educators to collaborate for the success of every child, no matter the school they serve. This was followed by Mr Brynn Cooper from High Performance Learning, who travelled from Dubai to share insights and support Nadeen’s own journey with High Performance Learning.

Following this, Susie Bower and Dr Frances Willis shared their expertise on well-being in education. A particularly moving moment came when a Nadeen School learner took the stage to share their personal perspective on the importance of well-being and how it is embedded in the Nadeen experience.

The programme also featured interactive workshops led by international school educators from across Bahrain, networking time, and an award ceremony. Attendees enjoyed generous prize giveaways donated by local businesses. With a special thanks to Downtown Rotana, Radisson Blu, The Art and Vida Beach for their ongoing support. These partnerships help us provide equitable access to high-quality professional development opportunities for all teachers.

Workshop themes reflected the focus on holistic education and ranged from Well-being in the Classroom: A Systematic Approach to Intellectual Confidence, Better Together: The Power of Parent Partnerships, and The Distracted Classroom: Digital Well-being Strategies for Teachers. Our dedicated Early Years space also welcomed like-minded educators for specialised sessions tailored to Early Years teaching.

Nadeen School: A Hub for Professional Growth and Collaboration

This event provided an invaluable opportunity for educators across Bahrain to connect and collaborate, fostering a strong network of passionate professionals dedicated to improving education for all learners. The state-of-the-art facilities at Nadeen School, such as the Performance Theatre, breakout rooms, and modern classrooms created an inspiring environment for sharing best practices and building meaningful connections.

‘’Speaking at Nadeen’s TeachMeet 3 was particularly motivating for me as it fits with High Performance Learning’s philosophy that #EveryoneCan. I’m leaving Bahrain inspired by the education community based here.’’

‘’Events like this are vital. They give us the opportunity to step away from our daily routines, to reflect on our practice, and to engage in meaningful discussions that challenge and inspire us. In a world where education is constantly evolving, we must remain open to new ideas, adaptable to change, and committed to growth, not just for our learners, but for ourselves.’’

– by Mr James Batts, Nadeen School Principal

Celebrating and Supporting Educators

We look forward to future events that continue to connect educators across Bahrain and beyond to strengthen collaboration in the pursuit of advancing educational practices together. Our commitment remains to grow these events, supporting more educators in developing their abilities to help every learner thrive.
