Dear Nadeen Family,
As we continue our journey through Ramadan, I want to take a moment to highlight something truly special happening in our community, the Ramadan Food Drive. This initiative embodies the spirit of giving and togetherness that defines Nadeen School – A place of belonging!
A big thank you goes to Ms. Suzanne for her dedication in organising this meaningful drive. Her efforts have ensured that we can make a real difference in the lives of those in need. I also want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you, our learners, parents, and staff, who have contributed so generously. The food donations we have received so far really shows the kindness and compassion that make Nadeen such a special place.
It was also wonderful to see our Duke of Edinburgh learners, alongside other secondary volunteers, carefully packing Ramadan food boxes with such thought and care, adding personal labels and messages. As a school, we deeply value service, and this act of generosity perfectly reflects our VAA, ‘Concern with Society.’ Moments like these showcase the power of community and the impact we can have when we come together. This aligns with our philosophy and what Nadeen has always stood for.
If you haven’t yet had the chance to donate, there is still time! We will continue collecting food until the end of the month, so please keep bringing in your contributions. Every item helps, and together, we can extend our support to those who need it most.
We’re also excited to welcome you to our Gergaoun Evening, now taking place on Thursday, 20th March, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM in the School Main Playground. To help us prepare for a wonderful evening, we kindly ask you to RSVP again by completing this form. Join us for a magical night filled with traditional treats, live music, henna, games, and delicious food. Bring your family and friends to celebrate together!
Enjoy your weekend.
