This week at Nadeen | 19 February 2026

Thank you Benjamin, Laya & Anna for your outstanding performance at the Bahrain Education Awards

Dear Nadeen Family,

We hope everyone is enjoying the half-term break, we have missed you at school! We trust this time has given you the chance to rest, recharge and enjoy quality time together.

To our families celebrating Ramadan, we wish you a blessed and peaceful month ahead. May it be a time of reflection, gratitude and togetherness.

Ramadan is a time of generosity and community. Through the A Box of Goodness initiative, we will be collecting non-perishable food items throughout the month to support families in need. Last year, together we donated 70 food boxes. With your continued kindness and support, let’s aim to give even more this year.

Looking ahead, we are excited for several important events in the coming weeks.

Our annual Gergaoun Evening will take place on the 26th of February. This much-loved, family-friendly event is open to all our Nadeen friends and families. Don’t forget to RSVP here.

Last week’s International Fair was a wonderful celebration of our vibrant and diverse community. Thank you to everyone who contributed, attended and supported the event. As always, we are committed to reflecting and improving each year, so we would greatly appreciate you taking a few minutes to share your feedback here. Your insights truly help us grow and make each event even better.

We are also delighted to share that Nadeen was recognised at the Bahrain Education Awards for our High Performance Learning (HPL) journey. This recognition reflects the collective effort of our learners, team and families in embedding a culture of continuous growth. The highlight of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the outstanding musical performances by our learners, Laya, Benjamin and Anna. Their confidence and talent left the audience truly blown away.

There are just a few days left to enter the 2026 Science Fair! Open to learners from EYFS to Year 11, this is a wonderful opportunity for our young scientists to explore their curiosity, think critically and showcase their ideas. Proposals are due by Saturday, 21 February, with the main event taking place on Thursday, 26 March.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming everyone back on Sunday and hearing all about your half term adventures. We are especially excited to see your Nadeen Bear on Break photos, please don’t forget to share them with us.
